The Paniolo Festival & Ho'olaule'a Dates: Sept 21, 2024 Saturday

· All Vendors must have GE Tax License and General Liability Insurance

· Vendors agree to set up before the start time of 11:30am.

· Vendors setup time will be from 5:00pm – 9:30pm on Friday or 7:00am - 9:00am on Saturday and will break down Saturday after 4:00pm.

· Facilities will be closed and locked Saturday during the parade 10:00am - 11:30am. 

· Vendors must remain open for the entire scheduled festival on Saturday 11:30am - 4:00pm. NO early takedowns. Unless approved by AFIOH committee. 

· Vendors will be able to store their merchandise in the secured gym overnight from Friday to saturday in prep for the event

· Vendor will need to bring their own tables and chair, if needed for there booth. 

· Vendors must bring their own Pop-up Tent if they are placed outside with the food vendors. 

· Vendors must bring their own extension cord if needed. Electricity is very limited, bring a batttery pack if you really need electricty 

* All Food Vendors:

· Food vendors must have a temporary food safety permit/ food handling certification

· Food Vendors that will be cooking on-site, must have their own fire extinguishers in their booth.

· Candles, torches, butane burners, and any other flame-producing devices are considered “open flame devices.” Open flame devices carry with them the risk of unintentional fire and serious consequences when not used appropriately. Therefore, any use of open-flame devices must have a fire retardant barrier to contain any open flame.

**I understand that this application is to hold a booth space for me, but not finalized until reviewed and accepted by AFIOH Ho'olaule'a Committee. A full refund will be issued back if I am not selected**
